At Extra Shutters, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty reflects our confidence in the durability and craftsmanship of our plantation shutters.
What's Covered:
- Structural integrity of frames, panels, and louvers
- Moving parts including tilt rods, hinges, and tension screws
- Paint finish against cracking, peeling, or fading
Warranty Details
Duration
For the original purchaser: Lifetime of the product while you own and reside in the home where the shutters were originally installed. For subsequent owners: 10 years from the original purchase date.
Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or exposure to extreme conditions. Normal wear and tear, and color variations in wood products are not considered defects.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photos or an inspection to process your claim.
